With the NPF Championship Series starting up, we get to chat with two of the key players Emily Carosone and Amanda Kamekona in our latest edition of In The Circle.

Our discussion begins with Chicago Bandits infielder Emily Carosone who is looking for her second straight NPF championship in as many seasons. She talks about her journey from being in a high school graduating class of 24 to going to Auburn and making it to the Women's College World Series under Head Coach Clint Myers. She also shares her thoughts on playing in Chicago and what they need to do to make it a three-peat for the Bandits as they face their long-time rival USSSA Pride.

We continue our conversation with Amanda Kamekona of the Scrap Yard Dawgs who enter the postseason as the No. 2 seed and will face the Akron Racers. She shares with us her experiences playing with and against Monica Abbott, her previous experience with the USSSA Pride and playing against her former team the Chicago Bandits. Amanda also talks about her time at UCLA and what will be needed for the Dawgs to win the title.
